Nature of Service
Airtickets-us is an independent travel agency providing research, quoting, and booking facilitation. It is not an airline or ticket issuer.
ARC VTC
TravelFirst LLC participates in the ARC Verified Travel Consultant program — an identity credential that does not grant ticketing authority.
Ticketing Partners
Tickets are issued through ARC- or IATA-accredited partners using airline reservation systems.
Quote
A quote is an itemized estimate of airfare and service fee for your specific request, subject to availability until payment is processed.
Service Fee
A separate line item, descriptor AIRTICKETS-US, never embedded in airfare.
Approval
No charge is processed without your Approval (written, recorded verbal, or via electronic payment form).
Price Fixation
After your Approval, authorized amounts cannot increase; any additional charge requires a separate Approval.
DOT 24-Hour Rule
Eligible bookings (US-originating, made 7+ days before departure) may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund of airfare and service fee.
Fulfillment
Service is rendered upon delivery of the e-ticket confirmation. Most bookings are issued within several business hours after cleared payment, although processing times may vary. If Airtickets-us cannot complete your booking, you receive a full refund of all amounts collected by Airtickets-us.
Claims Window
Claims that services were not received must be reported within 24 hours of expected delivery by contacting support@airtickets-us.com or +1-877-667-8080. We provide delivery records for any confirmation sent.
Airline Schedule Changes
Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routes, or operating carriers after booking. Airtickets-us is not responsible for airline-initiated changes but will assist you in working with the airline or partner.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airtickets-us' aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the service fee paid or $500.
Governing Law
These Booking Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. See the Terms of Service for full dispute-resolution terms.
