1. Legal Entity
Airtickets-us is a registered DBA of TravelFirst LLC, registered in New Jersey. All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions and Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Service
Independent travel agency providing research, quoting, and booking facilitation. Not an airline, air carrier, or direct ticket issuer.
3. ARC VTC Status
TravelFirst LLC participates in the ARC Verified Travel Consultant (VTC) program. ARC VTC status is an identity-verification credential and does not grant ticketing authority. TravelFirst LLC is not an ARC-accredited or ARC-authorized ticketing agency.
4. Ticketing Partners
Tickets are issued through ARC- or IATA-accredited ticketing partners using airline reservation systems. The accredited partner responsible for your booking is disclosed in your written quote before payment. Your e-ticket carries the issuing carrier's record locator, verifiable directly with the airline.
5. Payment and PCI
Card payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment systems. Airtickets-us does not retain full payment card numbers after authorization.
6. Authorization Protocol
Before any charge, the following are disclosed in writing:
- Total airfare amount and charging party
- Service fee amount (billed as AIRTICKETS-US)
- Total
- Statement descriptor(s) — service fee billed as AIRTICKETS-US
Your Approval is required before processing. Authorized amounts cannot increase.
7. Fulfillment Standard
Service is rendered on delivery of the e-ticket confirmation. Most bookings are issued within several business hours after cleared payment, although processing times may vary. If Airtickets-us is unable to complete your booking, you receive a full refund of all amounts collected by Airtickets-us.
8. Record Retention
Airtickets-us may retain authorization records, invoices, booking confirmations, communications, and related documentation for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and accounting purposes.
9. Seller of Travel
TravelFirst LLC (operating as Airtickets-us) will obtain and maintain any Seller of Travel registrations required by applicable law before conducting transactions requiring such registration.
