Your contract of carriage — which governs your rights as a passenger, including cancellation, refunds, and baggage — is between you and the operating carrier. Airtickets-us is not a party to that contract.
2. No Real-Time Pricing
This website does not contain live fare search, real-time airline inventory, or guaranteed pricing. Flight information displayed is illustrative. Actual fares are researched by our agents at the time of your request and are subject to availability and change until payment is processed. The only reliable price is the one stated in the quote provided specifically for your booking.
3. Service Fee Disclosure
Airtickets-us charges a service fee for advisory and booking coordination services. This fee is always disclosed as a separate line item before your authorization. It is not a tax, airline charge, or government-imposed fee. It appears on your statement as AIRTICKETS-US.
4. Ticketing Partners
Airline tickets are issued through ARC- or IATA-accredited ticketing partners. Airtickets-us does not issue tickets directly. Your e-ticket number enables direct verification with the operating carrier.
5. Airline Schedule Changes
Airlines may modify schedules, aircraft types, routes, operating carriers, or other travel details after booking. Airtickets-us is not responsible for airline-initiated changes but will assist customers in working with the airline or issuing ticketing partner.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airtickets-us' aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the service fee paid or $500. Airtickets-us is not liable for airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, force majeure events, baggage issues, missed connections, or any other acts or omissions of carriers or third parties. These matters are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and applicable DOT regulations.
7. Seller of Travel
TravelFirst LLC (operating as Airtickets-us) will obtain and maintain any Seller of Travel registrations required by applicable law before conducting transactions requiring such registration.
8. Accuracy
