You tell us your trip.

Origin, destination, dates, cabin, travelers — by phone or request form. No payment to start.

Step two

We research options.

A real agent checks available flights across airlines and routes for your specific request. No countdown timers, no automated pricing — a person reviews your request and finds what's available.

Typically: We respond with a written quote during our operating hours (9 AM–12 AM ET, daily).

Step three

You get a full quote.

Base airfare, government taxes, carrier surcharges, and our service fee — each a separate line item, in writing. The quote names the airline, the ticketing partner, and the statement descriptors before you pay anything.

Step four

You authorize, we book.

Payment is processed only after your authorization. After authorization, the amounts stated cannot increase. Any additional charge requires a separate authorization.

After booking: You receive an e-ticket confirmation with a record locator you can verify directly with the airline.

A note on timing

Fare availability and prices can change until payment is processed. If a fare changes between the time of your quote and the time of your authorization, we notify you with a revised quote. You are never charged an amount you have not authorized.

DOT 24-hour rule

24-hour cancellation right

For eligible bookings made at least seven days before the scheduled departure date, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation for a full refund — airfare and the Airtickets-us service fee, with no penalty.
