We share information only as necessary to deliver services: with ARC- or IATA-accredited ticketing partners to issue your ticket, with our PCI-compliant payment processor to handle transactions, and with applicable authorities when required by law. We do not share your information with advertising networks.
4. Payment Data
Card payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment systems. Airtickets-us does not retain full payment card numbers after authorization. We retain only the last four digits of your card and the charge authorization reference. The Airtickets-us service fee appears on your statement as AIRTICKETS-US; airfare is billed separately by the airline or ticketing partner.
5. Call Recording
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, authorization verification, and dispute resolution purposes.
6. Record Retention
Airtickets-us may retain authorization records, invoices, booking confirmations, communications, and related documentation for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and accounting purposes. Booking records and correspondence are generally retained for 24 months from the booking or travel date, whichever is later, except where a longer period is required for the purposes stated above.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Airtickets-us does not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@airtickets-us.com; we respond within 30 days.
